(RNN) - Ole Miss (8-3), which lost to Mercer 79-76 on a last-second 3-pointer in its most recent outing, travels to streaking Western Kentucky on Monday night.

The Hilltoppers are 8-4 after winning their last three games, most recently a 103-65 crush of NAIA foe Brescia at home, where they have a 7-0 record this year.

The Rebels lead the SEC in threes tried and made, having hit 60 of 233 this season. Marshall Henderson leads the team in scoring with 18.7 points per game and has hit 38 percent of his 3-pointers.

George Fant led Western against outclassed Brescia with 23 points, well above his average of 14.3 points per game.

The Hilltoppers rely on defense, allowing opponents 64.5 points on 43 percent shooting this year.
