WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Two people were taken to the hospital Saturday night after an accident at the intersection of Market and Seventh Streets in Wilmington.
No one was seriously injured, according to Lt. Blanton with Wilmington Police Department.
Blanton said a Honda SUV was driving on Seventh Street around 9:15 p.m., stopped at a sign and then pulled onto Market Street where it was hit by a Ford Explorer.
The driver of the SUV, Randy Murray, was charged with failure to yield to right of way. Everybody in the SUV was charged with not wearing a seatbelt.
The driver of the Ford Explorer, Amber Evans, was charged with not having registration or insurance.
