WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Wilmington Police officers are searching for a group of kids accused of using pepper spray to try to rob two different drivers early Saturday morning.
The first incident happened outside of Crazy Horse on Market Street around 4:30 a.m.
Lt. Blanton with the Wilmington Police Department said three juveniles reportedly tried to rob person in a car.
The suspects allegedly sprayed the driver with pepper spray and then tried to take money.
Police say the driver fought back and the suspects ran away without taking anything.
Officials said the juveniles then went to the 1600 block of Pavilion Place where they reportedly sprayed another taxi cab driver with pepper spray and stole some money.
