OXFORD, MS (RNN) – The Ole Miss Rebels controlled the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks on Thursday, winning 75-62 in Oxford.

The Rebels (8-2) were led by guard Marshall Henderson's hot shooting as Ole Miss opened up the game with an 11-6 run. The Warhawks (3-3) trailed by as many as 20 points in the second half after being outscored 37-33 in the first half, and were never able to compete with the home team.

The Warhawks shot a dismal .379 percent from the floor and only made seven-of-17 of their 3-pointers. In comparison, Ole Miss's Henderson went six-of-13 from downtown, including a 14-1 stretch in the second half that saw him score three straight 3-point shots.

Henderson was the Rebels' leading scorer with 26 points in his second straight start of the season. Guard Ladarius White scored 13 points to accompany his seven rebounds, seven assists and three assists.

Despite its dominance against the Warhawks in the game, Ole Miss made only 22 of their 54 field goal attempts, but went 21-of-27 from the free throw line.

The Rebels will host the Mercer (GA) Bears on Sunday, Dec. 22.
