WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The 11th annual Holiday Parade will take place in downtown Wilmington Sunday evening.
If crowds aren't your thing, you can watch it live online at the top of the story or at the top of the mobile app. You can also catch it on Bounce, channel 6.2.
The broadcast will begin at 6 p.m. and should last about an hour.
The parade will begin at North Front and Water Streets and will travel south on Front Street to Orange Street, then back north on Water Street.
Street closures will go into effect along Front and Water streets between Walnut and Orange streets beginning at 4:30 p.m. They will be reopened immediately following the parade at approximately 7 p.m.
Hilton Wilmington Riverside and Cotton Exchange traffic should enter and exit via Grace Street.
Coastline Convention Center and Wilmington Convention Center traffic should enter and exit via 3rd and Front streets to Brunswick Street to Nutt Street.
According to the City of Wilmington, there will be a $2 event fee to park in either the Market Street deck or the 2nd Street deck beginning at 4:30 p.m. On street parking is free on Sundays.
