WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Food trucks lined up in the Port City this weekend for the third Food Truck Rally.
Poor Piggy's BBQ, the Patty Wagon, Flaming Amy's Sacred Burrito Bus, Catch Restaurant and Tacos el Nene all had food trucks at the event.
It started at 4 p.m. on Saturday at the Water and Princess Street parking lot. There were also two bands and a DJ.
Organizers say it's not a competition, but a chance to give local business a boost, especially as food truck owners head into the long winter months.
Admission is free. You can also buy a $10 sample ticket that will let you taste at each truck at a discount.
