Bills release Jay Ross for the second time this season

BUFFALO, NY (WECT) - The on-again, off-again relationship between Defensive Tackle Jay Ross and the Buffalo Bills is now officially off again.

The Bills waived Ross, a former New Hanover Wildcat in his high school days in the Wilmington area, for the second time this season Tuesday.

Ross played sparingly with the Bills this year when he was on the roster, recording one tackle in five games.
