RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - An updated to-do list from Gov. Pat McCrory's administration to spend taxpayer dollars to repair North Carolina government buildings has left out some bathroom renovations at the Executive Mansion.

A legislative committee signed off Tuesday on how McCrory and the University of North Carolina system planned to spend $150 million on building renovations.

The preliminary version of the building list earlier this month earmarked $230,000 for remodeling bathrooms in McCrory's private living quarters on the mansion's second floor. Those plans gave more fodder to critics of McCrory's policies.

McCrory's office later said no taxpayer money would be used to remodel or upgrade the bathrooms. The list of proposed projects Tuesday left out the project. The list still retains $143,000 to paint the 19th-century mansion and fix a steam valve.
