STAFFORD, VA (WWBT) -

The co-leader for a faith-based group in Stafford County has been arrested and charged with indecent liberties with a minor.

Phillip Wayne Lanier, 46, is accused of sexually fondling an 18-year-old and asking her to take photographs of her underwear. The family of the teen revealed this information to a Stafford County deputy on October 1, and they said the incidents happened between March of 2011 to spring of 2013.

The teen was part of the faith-based group Frick & Frack Music, which Phillip Lanier co-leads.

Detectives say they found another person who claims to have also been sexually fondled by Lanier while a member of the group.

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is asking that if any other individual has had similar contact with Phillip Lanier to call the Sheriff's Office at 540-658-4400.
