Multiple overnight reports of shots fired into homes

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - New Hanover County dispatch received multiple calls for shots fired in Wilmington early Monday morning.

Dispatch says shots were fired into a home in the 40 block of Evans Street, near Princess Place Drive. Police on the scene said no one was injured.

Another shots fired call came from the 800 block of 11th Street, near Wooster and Dawson Streets. Wilmington Police arrived on scene just after 1:00 a.m. Monday to respond to that call.

Another report of shots fired came from the 800 block of S. 6th Street. Police say shots were fired in a residence there.

There are no suspects at this time for any of the shots fired, but police say there's a strong possibility that the incidents are connected in some way.
