TROPICAL AREAS OF INTEREST:
- Tropical Storm Humberto, near Africa, may organize into a hurricane by the middle of the week but is not a great threat to cross the Atlantic Ocean.
- The remnants of Tropical Storm Gabrielle have a chance to redevelop near Bermuda this week, but as of Monday, wind shear in the area is hampering the system's organization.
