Have you stepped outside today? It's GORGEOUS!

Now THIS is what we've been waiting for.  Sunshine, lower humidity, warm temperatures and a nice breeze.  We have a gorgeous day in store, as the cold front bringing rain Tuesday moves off the coast and allows high pressure to move into our area.  With the calmer winds and clear skies tonight, expect overnight temperatures to get a bit cooler, into the upper 50s in the mountains, and upper 60s Upstate.

Thursday is looking like a repeat of today, with very comfortable, sunny weather.  Highs will be sitting right at the average mark with upper 70s in the mountains and middle 80s Upstate.

By Friday, we'll still have overall nice weather, but the humidity returns a bit giving some clouds a chance to build.  Partly cloudy skies remain in place for the day, with a slim chance of an afternoon or overnight shower as a cold front approaches.

This weekend, temperatures will remain in the upper 70s to middle 80s, and the cold front moving through will bring enough of a disturbance through the mountains to create scattered thunderstorms Saturday and Sunday.  While a few could move down into the Upstate, we're expecting mostly dry weather in South Carolina through the weekend.
