Steres to represent Hammerheads on USL PRO All-League team

A defensive player for the Wilmington Hammerheads was selected for the USL PRO All-League Second Team. A defensive player for the Wilmington Hammerheads was selected for the USL PRO All-League Second Team.

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – A defensive player for the Wilmington Hammerheads was selected for the USL PRO All-League Second Team.

The players for the All-League First and Second Teams are chosen through a vote by team management.

Daniel Steres will represent the Wilmington Hammerheads on the 2013 Second Team.

Steres was also awarded the Most Valuable Player for the 2013 USL PRO regular season during the team's last game.

The finalists for Coach of the Year, Defender of the Year, Goalkeeper of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Player will be announced on Wednesday, September 4, with the awards being presented at the USL PRO Championship Media Luncheon on Friday, September 6 in Orlando.
