Woman stabs man inside convenience store

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A woman was arrested for stabbing a man inside a convenience store, according to police.

Juana Scarlett was arrested after stabbing the man in the arm inside a Mapco convenience store.

The victim told police he was pulling into the Mapco on Donelson Pike when a car cut him off.

He parked and jumped out and yelled at the people in the car, then walked into the store.

Scarlett, a passenger in the car, ran into the Mapco demanding the man apologize, according to police.

When he didn't apologize, she reportedly pulled out a knife yelling she was going to kill him if he didn't apologize.

The man tried to grab the knife and that's when police said she stabbed him in the arm.

He was able to wrestle the knife away and hold Scarlett down until police arrived.

Scarlett was charged with aggravated assault.
