Authorities in Wilson County are trying to close off a popular swimming hole following a teen's death, according a report in the Lebanon Democrat.
The Wilson County Sheriff's Department and the Army Corps of Engineers are trying to shut down the spot known as "Cliff City."
It's at that location where James Davis, 15, jumped off a bluff and drowned on July 14. Crews pulled his body from the Cumberland River on Saturday.
Authorities said the "No Trespassing" signs don't seem to deter anyone.
Deputies have added extra patrols to that area while they work with the Corps to find a more permanent solution.
