WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – It is going to look a lot like Christmas in July in some Wilmington neighborhoods.
Christmas in Conway, a new Hallmark made-for-TV movie, starts shooting in a week and a half.
According to film permits, some of the scenes will be shot at homes located at 1307 and 1311 Country Club Rd.
The production also plans to us a Ferris wheel for a shoot.
The ride will be constructed in the backyard at a home at 410 Forest Hills Dr.
Construction on the Ferris wheel will begin on Monday, July 29 and last through Wednesday, July 31.
In some of the scenes, actors will put up the Ferris wheel in the backyard and townspeople come to see it.
Crews will film for several days starting on August 8. Stunt scenes will take place on August 14 with an actor falling from the partially assembled Ferris wheel, according to the film permit.
The ride will be broken down starting August 12.
