  • 1 1/2 cups Beef Rib Eye steaks
  • 1/2 cup bourbon, Mix bourbon with next 5 ingredients for marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Marinate steaks 30 minutes to 2 hours. Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 9-12 minutes, turning once. (Test temperature of coals by holding palm ovr grill at cooking height. If the heat forces you to pull away in 4 seconds, coals are medium).
