College Town Bone-in Rib Eye

  • 8 bone-in Rancher rib eyes
  • 4 oz. HT Traders Bold olive oil
  • 4 oz. HT Traders balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Farmers Market fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Farmers Market fresh fennel, chopped
  • 2 oz. Farmers Market garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Combine the marinade ingredients in a pan.

Add the bone-in rib eye to the marinade and coat completely.  Allow the meat to marinate for at least 4 hours.

Grill the steak rare to medium rare.
