- 8 bone-in Rancher rib eyes
- 4 oz. HT Traders Bold olive oil
- 4 oz. HT Traders balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Farmers Market fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Farmers Market fresh fennel, chopped
- 2 oz. Farmers Market garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine the marinade ingredients in a pan.
Add the bone-in rib eye to the marinade and coat completely. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 4 hours.
