COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WECT) - One person has been airlifted to the hospital following a crash in Columbus County.
According to Trooper Campbell, a car turned left into a septic tank truck on Highway 905 in the Nakina community.
The car then went into a ditch, hitting a third vehicle. Troopers say the driver of the first car complained of having chest pains and was airlifted to New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Her condition was not immediately known.
She will be charged with failure to yield.
Troopers say the other two drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries and released.
