WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Officers with the Wilmington Police Department have arrested a fourth person involved in an armed robbery that happened earlier this year.
According to police, the US Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested Kadeem Ramel Thomas, 20, May 1 in connection to a robbery that happened January 24, 2013 on Crimson Court.
Officials say three people were inside their home when they answered a knock at the front door. The victims said four suspects forced their way inside when they opened the door.
The three victims were held in the front room while the suspects ransacked the house, apparently looking for drugs. The fired a shot as they were leaving, which hit a 19-year-old man in the face.
