Crab & Shrimp Dip

  • 1 lb. Jumbo shrimp (steamed & chopped)
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 med. onion (chopped)
  • 2 scallions (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • dash of hot sauce
  • toast points
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Blend all ingredients, except crab meat, shrimp and cheese, with a whisk until smooth. Fold in crab meat and shrimp and transfer to oven-proof serving dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned. Serve on toast points.
