WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Crews with the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority are scheduled to make repairs Thursday beginning at 9 a.m. around Lions Gate Drive, Penbroke Jones and Eastwood Road, just east of Military Cutoff Road, according to a CFPUA spokesperson.

The work will reduce traffic to one lane for drivers exiting Landfall onto Eastwood and drivers heading eastbound on Eastwood. Additionally, the outside lane between Lions Gate Drive and Southerland will be closed.

Workers will pave the cuts when the work is finished, and CFPUA officials hope that the project will be done by mid-afternoon.
