Twins will hold yard sale to benefit The Warrior Ride

OAK ISLAND, NC (WECT) – A pair of 10-year-old twins are hosting a yard sale this weekend and plan to donate money raised to The Warrior Ride, an adaptive bicycling event for injured service members.

According to a press release from The Warrior Ride organization, Amber and Natalie hope to raise $10,000, which is the approximate cost of a cycling event. There is no cost to the service member to participate in event, as all expenses are paid through donations and grants.

The twins have been reaching out the community for donations to their yard sale, which will be held Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4 at the Warrior Ride headquarters, 1401 East Oak Island Drive.
