Saturdays relaxing, but one group of athletes in our area did the exact
The Combat Mud Run at the National Guard Armory in
Wilmington, featured racers running, jumping, and crawling through
obstacles and mud.
The course included walls, trail running, swamp running,
tite climb, mud walks and crawls, fallen trees and more.
Participants who completed the challenge received a Dog
Tag Key Chain.
Many athletes also took time to visit a memorial site for
All proceeds benefit Step Up for Soldiers.
