This is the perfect grilling recipe and meal for lots of reasons. First, you can tailor this recipe to your own taste, skewering up any of your own meats and vegetables. Secondly, it's a great way to get the family together or break the ice at a friendly get-together.
Start with metal or wooden skewers, or you can use a grilling basket available at most home stores.
Each person skewers up their own "bob" and grills it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve over yellow rice.
