Time Warner Cable reports service interruption for all digital home phone customers.
The company says that customers may experience dropped calls, no dial tones, busy signals and that incoming callers may hear a service disconnection message.
Time Warner says that engineers are working to restore service.
There has been no time line given as to when the issues are expected to be completely rectified.
