CFCC recognizes students for accomplishments in and out of the classroom

Cape Fear Community College honored students for hard work both in and out of class Cape Fear Community College honored students for hard work both in and out of class

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Dozens of students from Cape Fear Community College were recognized Thursday night for their accomplishments in and out of the classroom.

The annual Student Recognition Ceremony spotlighted dozens of students, including a native of Germany who is attending school again for the first time in 30 years, and another student who is working to completing her degree while battling a life-threatening illness.

The ceremony took place inside the Schwartz Center on the school's downtown Wilmington campus.
