Jurors at a Wilmington murder trial now know how the prosecution and defense will make their case.
Paul Cummings is accused of murdering his neighbor, Jane Head, in 2002.
Not only did the lawyers make opening arguments on Monday, the jury also heard from the first witness. Head's daughter testified about finding her mother clinging to life in her Dogwood Drive mobile home.
Prosecutors say they'll prove Cummings is guilty of first degree murder, and should get the death penalty.
