See smoke? There's a controlled burn at Orton Plantation

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – If you see smoke over the Cape Fear River, don't worry it's a controlled burn.

According to officials, crews are overseeing a controlled burn at Orton Plantation. They say about 500-acres are being burned.
