Still a tricky forecast for the next couple of days as a strong cold front moves through this afternoon driving temperatures down for the remainder of the week. Breezy westerly, then northwesterly winds - will bring the much cooler temperatures to the region. Highs today will drive into the upper 60s, but tonight those cooler temperatures move into the eastern half of the state.
Highs on Wednesday will squeak into the upper 50s – cooler for this time of year, but warm in comparison to the remainder of the week as highs get locked into the mid 50s, with lows in the 30s.
The long range forecast models continue to advertise a developing system throughout the weekend that will keep temperatures cooler with good rain chances.
Ironically, spring officially begins Wednesday morning.
