PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) - An overturned vehicle caused both lanes to close on Highway 210 in Surf City Thursday.
Tom Collins, Pender County's Emergency Management Director says it happened at 1000 Hwy 210.
The patient was transported by EMS.
