WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Production crews with the movie project The Remaining will return to Red Cross Street in downtown Wilmington Wednesday.
The block between Front and Second streets has been transformed into a roadway of wreckage, with crushed cars and broken pavement.
Some steady, early morning rain postponed the production's day of work Tuesday, but makeup days are schedule for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday if needed.
The scene calls for a dozen cast members, more than 50 extras and about 70 crew members, according to the filming permit.
