SALISBURY, NC (WECT) – A Fox TV pilot is setting up shop in Salisbury.
The pilot is based on The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and it could start filming as soon as next week.
The Salisbury Post say it is expected to shoot at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, the Confederate monument on West Innes Street and in some other areas.
Some locations could become permanent backdrops for filming if Fox picks up the show. That's according to the paper there.
At one time, Burgaw was considered for the filming. A location manager for the show stopped by and visited the town's community building and old jailhouse.
