PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Deputies with the Pender County Sheriff's Office are trying to figure out how a man was shot Monday.
According to officials, the 23-year-old male victim is not cooperating so they don't know a lot of information about the incident.
Officials believe the victim was grazed by a bullet around 4:30pm on Monday, on Wooten Road in Maple Hill. He was taken to Onslow Memorial Hospital.
Due to his lack of cooperation, they do not have a cause or a suspect(s).
