WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – More cloud cover will move in throughout the day today as a rough of low pressure moves in our direction.
On shore winds will not only keep beach and coastal locations some 10-15F degrees cooler than their inland counter parts, but also it where we will have our best chance to see some light shower activity throughout the day.
Highs away from the coast will get close to 70F.
Tonight, ahead of the cold front – good chances for showers and perhaps even an imbedded thunderstorm will be in play as this system moves toward the area.
Look for temperatures to remain warm for the overnight hours with enough heat to perhaps to keep Tuesdays high near 70F, before falling into the 40s on Wednesday night.
