'Under the Dome' sets up for filmingWILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The 6th Street Bridge is in the spotlight again.
The new CBS series Under the Dome filmed on the bridge Friday night.
The crew will use special effects for a controlled burn on the bridge, for a scene that will have kids meeting there at a bonfire.
The show has been filming in Wilmington, Burgaw and Southport. It is based on a Stephen King novel.
NBC's Revolution has also filmed on the bridge.
