Pacifica Senior Living in Wilmington allegedly fell or jumped out of a window
in January at the facility, according to public records.
The report from the Department of Social Services says the
kitchen door was not properly locked and the woman allegedly got inside, kicked
out the screen of the window and jumped from the second floor.
The woman's family said she had a history of trying to get
out windows but never told Pacifica.
