Help Share the Word, a nonprofit organization, is actively aligned with other nonprofit organizations, counseling agencies and affiliate groups in the housing sector to help millions of homeowners find stable #TransitionBoats nationwide.
Irvine, Calif (PRWEB) March 07, 2013
Help Share the Word (HSTW) has initiated an awareness campaign to find healthy housing alternatives for homeowners with detailed pilot programs nationwide. Sergio C. Muñoz, SVP at HSTW, says, “We are answering the call from Sheila C. Bair in the Pew States Report to help quicken the pace of the recovery and promote the long term health of our housing market. Our data indicates that six million homeowners in the United States are currently in jeopardy of losing their homes. We are actively increasing the number of life boats that need to be ready for these homeowners that are actively in-foreclosure or have recently been devastated by foreclosure. We call these #TransitionBoats.”
HSTW strives to educate homeowners on available programs and ensure that they have exhausted all resources prior to searching for #TransitionBoats. The step by step process involves:
Ms. Bair, former chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, commissioned thirteen research papers and a two-day conference as the lead advisor for the Pew Center on States to focus on the ‘art of the possible.’ Muñoz continues, “Oftentimes, leading ‘experts’ talk a lot of talk but then do not throw down at the street level to make the necessary changes. Our nonprofit is deep at the street level working to make these changes and stabilize our communities sooner rather than later. We encourage homeowners to understand the many different #TransitionBoats that are currently obtainable.”
About Help Share the Word: The mission of Help Share the Word is to transition homeowners in the aftermath of the devastation of foreclosure into housing opportunities that will be beneficial for the entire family.
