If you look closely, you can spot the State Port and New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The movie catches up with Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, as he battles a villain named Mandarin.
Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle and Ben Kinglsey star in the film, which opens May 3.
