
The Coast Guard Cutter Diligence will make its way back to Wilmington Monday.WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The Coast Guard Cutter Diligence will make its way back to Wilmington Monday.
The ship and crew are scheduled to return to their home port in downtown sometime before lunch.
The crew is returning home after a two month patrol in the northern Atlantic. During that time, they conducted almost 50 boardings and helped a vessel that was taking on water.
The Diligence crew is made up of approximately 75 members.
