WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Crews have fixed the traffic light on S. College Rd. and Shipyard Blvd.
According to dispatch, a car crashed into the traffic light pole around midnight Sunday.
The crash caused the traffic light to go out and caused delays for the Monday Morning commute.
Crews worked on the traffic light all morning long and placed detours for drivers in the area.
Crews fixed the issue around 9 am Monday.
According to dispatch the driver did not face any injuries.
