WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Wilmington firefighters and police officers put on a show at their annual match up on the ice.
The annual hockey game, held Saturday night at Wilmington Ice House, raises money each year for charities that are supported by the first responders.
This year, the money will go toward the fallen firefighter memorial, which will be built at Empie Park.
Next year, the money will support a police charity.
