Josh Duhamel and Julianne HoughWILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – A movie filmed in Southport and Wilmington will premiere nationwide on February 14th, Valentine's Day. However, we've found out where you can plan to see Safe Haven first.
Regal Mayfaire Stadium 16 will have a 10:00 showing of the movie on Wednesday night, according to the manager at the theater.
Tickets are still available for the film.
Safe Haven, starring Julianne Hough, Josh Duhamel and David Lyons, wrapped production this summer in Southport. It is based on a book written by Nicholas Sparks, who based the novel in the town.
