WINNABOW, NC (WECT) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic accident in Winnabow involving a log truck from KBJ Logging Inc. Tuesday morning.
According to Brunswick County Dispatch, the truck overturned in the 1400 block of Cherry Tree Road around 8:30 a.m.
Troopers said the driver was taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay.
According to troopers, speed was not a factor in the crash, but charges could be pending based on an interview with the driver at the hospital.
