
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The City of Wilmington is looking for a new arborist. The full time position is open for applications until February 18.
This employee will replace Brion Capo, who recently resigned from the position after being convicted of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl. Capo is now a registered sex offender in Alabama and North Carolina.
Anyone interested in the position can apply online. The City notes it is important your application show all relevant education and experience you possess.
Assistance using the online application system is available in the City's Human Resources office, located at 305 Chestnut Street, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
