Raleigh -
The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Richard Stephen Rumsey Friday night.
Rumsey is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
He's 6'0, 180lbs with a scar on his neck and a praying cross tattoo on his left forearm.
Rumsey was last seen in Lexington, NC wearing a black coat, blue jeans and gray cowboy boots.
He could be driving a 2004 Ford Taurus.
