LightArrow, Inc. is happy to announce the immediate availability of LifeTopix 5.2, the popular productivity and calendar app, with groundbreaking new features, such as freehand notes, freehand drawing, updated Agenda view, integration of tasks from Asana, and other major enhancements.
Austin, TX (PRWEB) January 24, 2013
The LifeTopix top productivity and calendar app now includes freehand notes, freehand drawing, updated Agenda view, and integration of tasks from Asana. The new update also includes enhanced note-taking functionality and other features requested by the LifeTopix user community.
With LifeTopix’s enhanced note-taking, users can draw or write with freehand strokes, view and reorder notes, record audio, add video, or add photos. The new handwriting and drawing feature replicates the experience of freehand writing and sketching, much like using a real pen and paper. Taking handwritten digital notes or drawing sketches directly on the device’s screen makes it easier for LifeTopix users to record notes in class or meetings, save brainstorming sessions, or quickly jot down important to-dos. With 40 colors, adjustable line width, clearing option, and an eraser, users can creatively express their thoughts with a variety of options. The new, streamlined note-taking screen organizes notes by automatically adding the date the note was added, and by sorting each note. Users can also arrange items in notes by using drag to reorder.
The updated Agenda view helps in making sure things don’t fall through the cracks by adding undated/open tasks and iOS Reminders app entries, in combination with all the near term items that have due dates.
The 5.2 update adds Asana to its already impressive list of best-in-class device and online integrations. The native device apps that LifeTopix integrates with include Calendar, Contacts, Maps, Reminders, Email, Messages, Photos, and Videos. The online integrations consist of Evernote, Dropbox, Google Drive and Docs, Google Tasks, Toodledo Task and Notes, Facebook, and Twitter — and now Asana. LifeTopix syncs projects and tasks from Asana into LifeTopix. This reinforces the company’s mission for users to leverage existing data without any extra effort — in context — and in one place.
“The note-taking enhancements and the streamlined agenda view are just two examples of how we are constantly simplifying the user experience and at the same time making LifeTopix more powerful for personal productivity,” said Adi Mishra, CEO at LightArrow.
LightArrow has an enthusiastic user community, and they welcome the opportunity to incorporate feature requests. Other new features include emailing or calling contacts displayed via search results; adding status to appointments (confirmed, unconfirmed, completed, or canceled); faster iCloud syncing and data loading; viewing of all day calendar events in Day and Week views; and better control of what displays on calendars with enhanced calendar filters.
Pricing and Availability
LifeTopix 5.2 is available immediately from the Apple App Store as a free update for anyone with previous LifeTopix versions. For new users, LifeTopix 5.2 is available for a limited time at a special price of 99 cents. As a universal app, a single purchase entitles the buyer to use this top productivity app on their iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
