RALIEGH, NC (WECT) – The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has cancelled a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man Monday.
Mangrun Lorenzo Kelly Jr. was believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Again, this Silver Alert has been cancelled at the request of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.
