Jim Mincher was the owner of the ramp in Wrightsville Beach for more than 15 years. When the town mandated he remove it from his property, he decided to donate the ramp to the Club.
The ramp was broken into four parts to be moved to its new home earlier this month. Mincher volunteered his time to rebuild it for the club.
