CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
We've learned Cleveland Police are investigating what happened with a male police officer in a female prisoner's hospital room.
The chief's office says it's investigating improper conduct. The incident happened Friday at St. Vincent Charity Hospital.
The woman claims an officer there on another call came into her room asking about her injuries and making sexual advances.
The officer is now on restricted duty.The woman was a victim in a domestic violence case, and she was wanted on a warrant.
